Terms of Use

These are the ground rules for using ClaveFlux. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

What the service is

ClaveFlux is a visual editor for building, running, and inspecting AI workflows. It is not a hosted language model. AI steps call the provider you choose, using your own key.

Your account

You need to give a real email address and keep your sign in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use ClaveFlux.

Your keys and your costs

Model providers bill you directly for the calls your workflows make. ClaveFlux does not set or control those prices, and a loop or a large dataset can use a lot of tokens. You are responsible for the usage and charges on your own keys, and for following each provider's terms. Check your limits with the provider before running something large.

Your content

You keep ownership of your workflows, data, and results. You give ClaveFlux permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Do not upload data you have no right to use, and be careful with personal or confidential data. The privacy policy explains how it is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClaveFlux to break the law, to attack or overload other systems, to send spam, to try to get into other people's accounts, or to probe or disrupt the service itself. I may suspend an account that does any of this.

AI output

Models make mistakes. Results and eval scores from your workflows can be wrong, so check anything that matters before you rely on it.

Availability and changes

ClaveFlux is run by one person and is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of bugs. Features can change or be removed. I will try to give notice before anything that affects your saved work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ClaveFlux and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or profits, or charges from your model providers. Keep your own copies of anything important. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

Ending your account

You can stop using ClaveFlux any time and ask for your account to be deleted through the contact page.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms I will update this page and its date. Continuing to use ClaveFlux after a change means you accept it.
